We were founded in 2001 in Portland, Oregon to help organizations interact with their customers and partners online using on-premise enterprise portal technology. Recognizing the game-changing impact of Salesforce.com’s® pioneering on-demand SaaS model, we reinvented our software, our services and our company to become a pure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company. In 2005, we launched our on-demand i-dialogue Marketing service to redefine how customers maximize return on investment from CEM services.
