IS YOUR PRICING PER USER?
No. Our pricing is per website or portal. Some add-on applications, such as Live Chat or PRM, have a per end-user license fee.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Prices include all software subscription, web hosting fees, Internet bandwidth, storage, and ongoing maintenance and support.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Cubic Compass accepts credit card payments for monthly subscriptions. Subscription fees are automatically billed to credit cards at the end of the month. Subscriptions for i-Dialogue Enterprise and Unlimited Editions may be invoiced.
DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT INCLUDE SUPPORT AND UPGRADES?
Yes, the subscription fee includes access to support and all upgrades, updates and patches. If you seek faster response time, priority case routing and basic i-dialogue configuration support, you can purchase Cubic Compass’ Premier Support package. You can learn more about our different support plans in the support section.
WHAT OTHER FEES DOES CUBIC COMPASS CHARGE CUSTOMERS?
Customers may incur setup or implementation fees for some add-on features. Check the pricing matrix for details. Professional Services, such as creating custom page templates, may incur a one-time fee. Customers may also purchase additional professional, support, training or creative services. CAN I UPGRADE FROM ONE EDITION TO ANOTHER?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION TERM THAT I CAN PURCHASE?
1 month. You may cancel at any time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE EXTRA STORAGE OR BANDWITH?
If your website utilizes more resources than is allocated, then your next months bill will reflect the additional charges. You may request the assistance of support@cubiccompass.com to delete extra files or reduce the size of your database to bring hosting costs inline with your budget.
