This option is intended for customers seeking a partner implementation model connected to measurable document, content, or Salesforce record outcomes.

Processed inbound documents
Files received in Salesforce are classified, processed, and used to update the right records or trigger review.
Generated customer content
Approved proposals, summaries, onboarding materials, renewal content, or follow-up messages are generated from Salesforce context.
Completed CRM updates
Agent-assisted extraction, validation, routing, task creation, or approval steps are completed as defined in the implementation model.
Operating model
- Define the outcome and acceptance criteria before launch.
- Configure the iDialogue Agent RXP workflow and train it against the approved process.
- Track completed outcomes during the month.
- Bill at month end for accepted outcomes.
