Front End Developer (React + Redux)

Cubic Compass is a Salesforce AppExchange Product Developer focused on financial, quote-to-cash, compensation, and payment solutions integrated with Salesforce.com.

The Salesforce Front End Developer designs, develops, and manages responsive user interfaces and Javascript applications integrated with the Salesforce CRM platform. Billing and invoicing, payroll, ACH, credit card transactions, document workflows, and employee on-boarding are just a few examples of business processes managed by Cubic Compass solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for Salesforce users, customer portals, employer portals, communities
• HTML5 UI prototyping
• Javascript front-end development
• Responsive design. Design/develop for both mobile and desktop environments.
• Participate in UX / UI design process
• Convert designs and mockups into stateless React components
• Coordinate with back end Developers to define and integrate with REST APIs
• Manage client-side state using  Redux and one-way data-binding

Requirements

• Participate in weekly/daily Scrum meetings and own product features
• 4+ years demonstrated experience with front-end design and development
• Large scale application or CRM application experience
• All Engineers must become Salesforce certified within 6 months of employment

Experience with any of the following preferred

• React / Redux / NPM
• D3.js (Data Driven Documents)
• Web Spreadsheet applications
• CRM / ERP applications
